Shanghai Good Brother Moulds Co.,Ltd established in 2012 and has been focusing on custom plastic injection moulds making and products injection molding enterprises. The mold making department equipped with high precision processing equipments from Taiwan and Japan, Our quality department equipped with CMM and 2.5D projector and other Japan inspection equipment. The injection moulding department has 18 sets of horizontal injection moulding machines with complete 60T-550T tonnage. We implement ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949 quality control system Strictly and serve all over the world customers wholeheartedly.

Our Service
When we receive RFQ, We will send our quotation according to cusotmers' requirements, We have our moulds design and research department which is capable to receive customers 3D format files and make DFM to customer, After customer confirmed all of our suggestions and We get moulds order and down payment then we make Our moulds tooling fabrication drawings for customers confirmation, if approved We will kick off to make moulds. We will use international express to delivery T0 and Final confirmed samples. (During this period, We will adjust moulds to make final confirmed samples) Customers place products order and arrange order then we will injection moulding products under QC control system and arrange delivery according to customers'requirements to sea shipping or air shipping. Before delivery, There will be quality checking to make sure quality, if customers find some moulds or products questions, We will responsible to settle or replacement timely, but til now, We have no oversea customers quality accident on exported injection moulds and plastic injection moulding products.Customized Plastic Injection Mold For Car Wheel Cover
